From Child Actor To Emmy Nominee

Anna Chlumsky first charmed our hearts in 1991 when she starred opposite of Macaulay Culkin in the coming-of-age movie My Girl. After the film’s release, Anna was named the Most Promising Young Newcomer for 1993 at the Young Artist Awards. Although Anna starred in several more successful movies, including 1995’s My Girl 2, she didn’t have another big break until she took on the role of Amy Brookheimer on the comedy series Veep. Now in her third year on the show, Anna is up for an Emmy tonight in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series category.  Read More
