It has been about 2 to 3 weeks and I still have not rec. my daughters comp cards from her agent nor has she been put up on the website. I spoke to her agent on Thursday and she said she has been really busy but her picture will be up on the site by Friday. That has been and gone. I do not know the time period before its ok to ask. I know these things can take time and i dont want to be a pest. When and how do i ask these types of questions? We are in AZ right now and maybe this is the slow time of year for work like CA. So she is not in as big of a rush?

My suggestion is to try the agent's assistant. Maybe you can get their attention!

Another good idea is to write the email with the heading "Second Request," just so they know you are on it, and that something needs attention! 

It does take a few weeks to turn out zed cards, but you want to know where they are in

the process. I think it's OK to ask as you have waited one week past the suggested date.
